Expansion of Housing Vouchers Would Have Greatest Impact on Reducing Child Poverty Among Eight Possible Interventions​The proposals’ combined impact is a 57.1% reduction in the supplemental child poverty rate, less than the sum of the individual policy changes because the same child can benefit from more than one policy improvement.
