Now Available: Resources from 10/7 “Tenant Talk Live” Meeting

This month’s “Tenant Talk Live” featured a conversation with Jessica Szuminski from the Housing Justice Center in Minnesota about her organization’s efforts to pass the “Tenants Opportunity to Purchase Act” (TOPA) in its jurisdiction. Attendees learned about the strategies employed and the significant efforts undertaken to build a strong tenant-led movement. NLIHC’s next Tenant Talk Live meeting will be held on November 4 at 6 pm ET (5 pm CT, 4 pm MT, 3 pm PT). Register for next month’s meeting here

You can view a recording of last week’s meeting here. As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to Sid Betancourt at [email protected] if you have any questions or feedback.
