Recording and Resources from October 3 Tenant Talk Live Now Available!
During this month’s “Tenant Talk Live” webinar, attendees learned about the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. We were joined by two staff members of Regional Housing Legal Services (RHLS) in Pennsylvania: Kim Dolan, senior staff attorney, and Cindy Daley, director of community redevelopment initiatives. The webinar included an overview of their organization’s tenant guide, Renting a LIHTC Home: Everything You Need to Know, as well as a discussion about how to become a LIHTC renter and a Q&A on LIHTC tenant rights.
We would like to hear from you about how to improve these webinars. Fill out our feedback survey here. As always, if you have any questions, have a topic you would like to propose, or want to be a speaker in an upcoming webinar, please e-mail Sid Betancourt at [email protected].
See you all at our next Tenant Talk Live webinar on November 7! You can register for the session here.
