During this month’s “Tenant Talk Live” webinar, attendees learned about the Community Land Trust (CLT) model. We were joined Tony Hernandez, director of technical assistance at Grounded Solutions Network, and Silvia Salazer, board member with the Douglass Community Land Trust. The webinar offered important insights about the history of CLTs and how to create one, as well as locally specific information about CLTs in the District of Columbia.
We are always interested in improving our Tenant Talk Live webinars and would like to hear from you about your ideas for improvements. Please fill out our feedback survey here. As always, if you have any questions, have a topic you would like to propose, or want to be a speaker in an upcoming webinar, please e-mail Sid Betancourt at [email protected].
See you all at our next Tenant Talk Live on October 3! You can register for the session here.
